A calculated field plots a series from a formula over the other columns, with no
extra grid column. Here Bonus % = bonus / salary * 100 (written
B1 / A1 * 100), on the secondary axis. It is computed per department over the
aggregated values (ratio of totals). Open the chart's Data ▾
