This free Community License lets you use ApexCharts as long as you're a Small Organization (under $2 million USD in annual revenue).

✅ What You Can Do

• Use ApexCharts for free if your organization (including affiliates) makes less than $2 million USD / year.
• Use it for personal, non-profit, or educational projects.
• Modify it, build on it, and deploy applications using it — as long as:
  • You keep copyright & license notices intact.
  • You include this license (or a link to it) when sharing.

❌ What You Can't Do

• Use ApexCharts if your org earns $2 million USD / year or more. In that case, get a Commercial License.
• Use ApexCharts in a product or service intended to compete with ApexCharts.
• Remove attribution or relicense it under your own terms.
• Hide that you're using ApexCharts or mislead others about licensing.

⚠️ Other Legal Bits

• The software is provided "as-is" — no warranties or support are promised.
• If you violate these terms, your license ends. If it's fixable, we'll usually give you 30 days to make it right.
• Don't sue us for patent infringement — if you do, your rights end immediately.
