OEM / Redistribution License

If you embed ApexCharts into a product, SDK, platform, or tool where other users (such as customers, clients, or third-party developers) can interact with, configure, or benefit from charting features, you must obtain an OEM / Redistribution License.

By installing or using ApexCharts in this way, you agree to the terms below.

✅ What This License Allows

  • Integrate ApexCharts into products that are redistributed to others.
  • Let your end users view, configure, or interact with charts inside your platform.
  • White-label, embed, or license your chart-enabled product to third parties.
  • Receive updates and support during your active subscription.

📦 OEM License Scope

  • The OEM License is $14,999 per application, per year. One license covers one application or product that you redistribute.
  • It includes unlimited developer seats. There are no seats to count, buy, or keep up to date, however many people work on that application.
  • It includes every licensed feature, across all ApexCharts products. Your license key renders everything watermark-free.
  • Redistributing a second application needs a second license.

💡 One number, one question: how many applications are you shipping? There is no separate developer licensing to work out on top.

📅 Subscription Terms

  • The OEM License is a 12-month subscription, billed annually.
  • It automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Access to support and updates is included during the subscription period.

❌ What's Not Allowed Without OEM

  • No free redistribution, even if your app is free or open-source.
  • No use in developer-facing SDKs, no-code tools, or dashboard builders without an OEM License.
  • No sublicensing ApexCharts as its own product or service.
  • No redistributing a second application under one license. Each application you ship needs its own.

⚠️ View-Only SaaS Exception

💡 You do not need an OEM License if:

  • Your app or dashboard only shows static or predefined charts.
  • Users cannot customize, build, or configure charts in any way.
  • ApexCharts is used internally to render views, not as a user-facing charting engine.

In this case a Pro or Premium license per developer is sufficient, at whichever tier matches the features you use. Those tiers are priced per developer; OEM is the one priced per application.

📋 Legal Notes

  • This license covers one application: redistributing it, the developers who build it, and the people who use it. No separate developer license is required for that application.
  • Your end users need no license of their own. Their use of the charts inside your product is covered by yours.
  • White-label, resale, or affiliate redistribution is quoted separately. If your customers redistribute the product further, or you ship it under someone else's brand, contact us before purchasing.
  • Licensed features render with a watermark once the subscription expires. Keeping it active is what keeps them clear.
  • ApexCharts is provided "as is", unless otherwise specified.
  • By installing or using the software, you agree to these terms.
