Where to contact after buying the support plan?

Once you have purchased a plan, you'll get a link in your email which takes you to our Premium Helpdesk. You can then create a ticket stating your issues. We do our best to respond as soon as possible.

What are Credits?

Credits are equivalent to the number of minutes the ApexCharts team spends in assisting you. In simple terms, 60 credits = 60 minutes of support.

What happens after my plan ends?

You are not billed automatically. Once your plan ends and if you further require any support, you will have to buy the plan again.

I have a feature request / bug report

Check if your feature request is already submitted by someone else on GitHub Issue Board. If you would like a custom feature implemented, contact us before buying a plan

What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards / debit card including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as we also accept PayPal.

What is your refund policy?

We fully stand behind our project and are confident that you'll be happy with our support. That said, we understand one size doesn't necessarily fit all. If things aren't working out and we can't resolve your issue, we're happy to give you a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
